Hey all! I'm a newbie here. My husband and I are going to CIII and would love to hook up with other St. Louisans there. We're staying at the Ramada Limited. It's a little out of the way, but was what was available by the time we got around to getting hotel reservations.

We're going to the party on Friday, too. I didn't know if you guys had anything planned for that night at the party.

We're going to head out of here Thursday morning around 5 a.m. We were half talking about getting a hotel room for Wednesday night as well, but wouldn't be able to get out of StL until 8 that night. We're still thinking about it, though.

When's everyone else taking off?

 

I am leaving Wed. night, and picking up a friend. We will arrive in Ind. on Thursday morning. We are planning on hitting the party on Friday and on Saturday.

By the way, I got my schedule from Offical Pix; I am going to have fun!

 

It looks like I'll be there Thursday and Friday, may stop by Saturday but not sure.

Doubt I'll go to the party Friday, I don't like big crowds.

Hopefully I'll meet you all there, you can't miss me. I'll be the sexiest man there. Calm down ladies

Wow! Looks like I joined the right group! lol!

We're going to be there all 4 days, but we were only able to get a hotel that was away from the convention area. Everything close was booked. Oh well!

We're going to the parties on Friday and Saturday night, so hopefully we'll catch up with some people there. I think that we're going to try to get together and have a few drinks with other fans on Thursday night as well. If anyone has any suggestions on what's going on or good to do on Thursday, please let me know.

I've never been to Indy, but I mapquested it and it looks like it's going to take about 4 hours - not bad.

 

Several us are going to the screening of ANH Thurday. There is also a get together at a place called Jillian's. Unfortunately, that place will be closed after the screening, so we'll have to ad lib.

 

Is anybody planning on making donations at CIII for Katie Johnson?

As far as the badges themselves, I'll create and print them, but I'd like someone else look into getting them laminated.

I'm so broke! I think I'm only gonna be able to go for one day (probably Saturday). I'll still be there for the whole weekend though. This sucks.

 

Isn't part of the money from the party on Friday night going towards her fund? I thought that I read that when we signed up....

....then again, I am a natural blonde, so don't trust anything I say...

The last batch were sent out yesterday. I haven't gotten mine, either.

The last shipments went out on Friday, April 1st. If you do not receive your packet by April 8th please contact registration@gencon.com with your full name and address and we will look into it.

I hope mine is in that batch...I ordered on the first day!

 

The "worry" day has gone from the 1st to the 4th to the 6th to the 8th.......
