I've been using the stock footage from detonationfilms.com from quite a while but since I'm getting a Panasonic DVX-100a in the not too far future, what can I do about stock footage usage when I shoot and edit in 23.976fps? what can I do? Should I use one of a processes created for Adobe AE so I can uses the detonationfilm.com footage at that framerate?

No problem. Just slow it down. Usually you slow down explosion footage anyway to make it appear bigger.

More often than not you've gotta slow Det footage down anyhow to give it scale.
