    Hello fellow SW fans;

    My wife and I are coming to Las Vegas soon from Canada and i was wondering what good stores (toy, hobby and game) there were near the strip and old town. Thanks!

    Well...there are entire shopping malls in several casinos. Ceasars Palace and the Aladdin both have one, and I know the Aladdin mall has the Build-A-Bear store. Also there is the Fashion Show Mall that is actually on the strip, as well as the shops like the M&M and Coke stores right behind the MGM Grand.

    Is that huge toy store still in the Ceasars Forum Shops guys? Or has it been too long since I was there? [face_blush]

    FAO Schwartz is open yes, but its not the same cool set-up as before... i.e. the whole Star Wars theme is completely gone and all the Barbie's as well. Its a pretty dull store now if you want SW stuff. Mostly kiddie educational toys now.

    Fashion Show Mall has a movie souvenir store(forget the name) that sells a selection of both superhero and SW toys but be prepared to fork out more than you would at, say, Wal-Mart,lol.

    Outside the Strip you can find a lot more cooler hobby shops.

    True yes, off the strip area is always cheaper.

    OH I forgot...don't miss visitng The Star Trek Experience. They have several shops of Star Trekkie goodness that's too expensive as well. :D
