I'm looking to buy a StormTrooper helmet and am wondering which one is the best and where to buy. Is there a favorite among the Don Post, Rubbies or Riddel helmets, or should I be looking for helmets made by fans?

    Womack,

If you are looking for a retail type Stormtrooper Helmet...I would recommend looking for a Don Post helmet. The one I am refering to is the one that was released back in 1978 - 1981. This helmet is the closest one to the ones used in the movies. later releases tend to be of a less quality material and look shoddy. Bad thing is...this helmet in good condition is going to run $125.00. I would look at getting a fan made helmet....the quality is superior to any helmet that is made commercially.
