Stormtrooper Neck Seal and Pauldron question

I am searching to see if anyone knows where I can find a tutorial on how to make these. I know at one time I saw a site that told you how to make your own neck seals.

I'm not interested in buying these because I know I can make them myself plus I have to alter the pauldron since it will be for a ARC Trooper anyway.

Can anyone help?

 

I see that you area a part of 501st. Have you asked help of your local garrison? They ususally are very helpful.
I know that the garrison in my area (Ohio Garrison: www.ohio501st.com) is quite helpful.

 

Everyone in my garrison bought their pauldrons elsewhere and doesn't help me. I'm hopeing if worse comes to worse that someone will lend me a pauldron to look over and try to figure it out myself.

 

I'll just be using the white pauldron I got off ebay... it was only $15 +shipping...

Did you look at the pics of pualdrons in Ebay?...

 

You got a paudlron for only $15!?! Can you pm me a link to that auction or pm me the seller's name? For $15, I can take it apart and figure it out all by myself.
