    In an attempt to get more activity in here I am introducing this thread.
    In which each day you post a short description of an event that happened to you on that day.

    So I will begin.

    My Biology teacher had been at a conference in Chicago for the last few days and he came back today. The ten of us were sitting down when he walked in front of the black board and began to talk. He said "I have some bad news to share with you all today." There was a very long pause and then he continued "the author of our textbook, Mr. Neil Campbell died the other day at the age of 58. I know this is upsetting to you as well as to me but I'm sure we will be fine.....does anyone want to talk about it?" We all sort of looked around the room and then he started the lesson.

    It was sort of strange.
