Great Strange Wars!

The Stormtrooper pit crew was during the Monaco Formula One Grand Prix in 2005 to celebrate and promote Episode 3. Both the Red Bull Factory cars had Star Wars livery and for the Friday Practice session there were 501st members and Chewbacca escorting George Lucas to the track. The pit crew (20 members in F1) had specially made Stormtrooper inspired gear that they used all weekend - that would be a sweet helmet to have!

 

I love that landspeeder car. I've been fortunate to take the family to Disney every year since MGM started their Stars & Motorcars parade. I always take special interest in the portion of the parade with the SW characters and that killer car. What a hoot! I always seem to come outa Tatooine Traders with alot lighter wallet though. That place is dangerous to a fan!
