Streets of Indianapolis

    Maybe an Indy resident can answer this... what in blazes is up with the street names? S West Street, W South Street, S East Street, E Southeastern Ave... you trying to confuse us? :)

    They are probably just long streets.

    North and South Streets run East-West. They are the technical downtown limits. West and East Streets run north and south and are the other downtown limits, although depending on what side of town you're from, downtown can be considered as far as where I live which is about 2.5 miles from ICC.

    I hope that clears it up a little

    Once you get downtown, if you are staying in a hotel downtown. YOu wont have to drive anymore. YOu can walk to nearly everything. Peace.
