FF:WA Stupid Prequal Prequal Rumours

I wanna put an end to this once and for all!

Just coz the bloody Sunday Times (just as bad as the west) had an article describing a rumour from some very very very discredible website, a whole bunch of people are going around claiming that GL is going to produce a film based 100 years before PM with yoda as the main character.

I don't know if many of you have read the article, but it was enough for me to laugh my head off all night long, just thinking about who was actually going to believe this.

So do me a favour, if you here someone telling you about this so called film thats apparently a really good idea (according to someone I know who shall remain anonymous) quietly inform them that their judgement has become clouded and their ability to use the force has diminished

They should stop making Films- any more seems a bit distasteful. But If they continue star wars in other mediums like comics and T.V, thats fine as long as they don't do it half assed!

I'm sure George Lucas wants to do something else now and pass the SW torch to other artists!

Yeah- but not in a feature film though!

Its a circular story that has significance.

Anything else will be like a pointless sequel, like the Planet of the Apes sequels.

But Hey- If you're interested in what happens, theres some great books and comics! even games!

 

Oh yeah I know what happens, got the thrawn trilogy and countless EU books plus the NJO books (some I cant find anywhere though)

However Ive been to that supershadow website and theres some completely ****ed up synopsis there for eps 7-9 that go against everything written in the EU, whats up with that?

The missing NJO books are actually e- books! I'll see if i can find out what they're called

I think That might be the only one- I've got one of those UK Star Wars magazines which goes thru all the NJO stuff I'll just try and find it!

Only when it's stated as "this is what happened" and usually in a way to end the conversation.

And Supershadow aside, if Lucas was to ever flip flop and make 7, 8 and 9, you can bet they'd contradict the EU.

And why shouldn't it? It's his universe, personally, if he was constrained by the already fragmented continuity of that clap trap, he'd have absolutely nowhere to go, no surprises to tell and ultimately it'd just be one cameo after another to satisfy the 5% of the film goers who actually know what a spaarti cloning cylinder is.

 

Or you could just extinguish you lightsaber and go about your search for passage to the Alderaan system...
