I should have done this in YJCC when I had the chance, but I guess I'm just too late.

What you do is name a song, and then the next song must start with the letter that ends in the previous song.

    Example:

    Sex Type Thing - STP
God Only Knows - The Beach Boys
    Shout - The Isley Brothers

    Etc...

Don't Pull Your Love - Hamilton Joe Frank and Reynolds

Oh hell yes! Adrenaline is the BEST Deftones CD ever! :D :D

As for the next song, "Emotion is Dead" by the Juliana Theory. :)

I own all of their albums. They kick serious ass. I'm definitely pumped for the self-titled album due this month... ;)

Oh, and Around the Fur is my personal fave... :D

I will tell you that I'm dissapointed with the new track, "Minerva". I've seen them live a few times before and their best show was right after White Pony was released. Unfortunately, I didn't quite like the new single.. and I've loved every Deftones song to this date. I like Adrenaline the best because it's the most raw CD of theirs; Around the Fur is great and has most of my favorite songs (MX, Headup, Dai the Flu, Daemon, Be Quiet and Drive..) on it. "Minerva" just doesn't have the same vibe, in my eyes, as the rest of their stuff.

Oooo. As for Nothingface, is the new CD any good? I loved Violence. :D

I hear what you're saying. It does sound quite abit different than anything they've ever done...but something different is a good thing. They need to progress their sound. I personally like the new track because of that fact. ;) :)

That's kick-ass that you dig Nothingface. Violence is my favorite album by them...

As far as "Skeletons" goes, I bought it the day it came out...and it hasn't strayed from my CD player too often. It's really really good. :)

I think many "hardcore" NF fans were disappointed and down right loathe it because the singer (Matt Holt) doesn't scream on every song like all their other albums. In this album, they actually break-apart the "singing/screaming/singing/screaming" formula and have many songs where he's just singing. But I think that is awesome.

The music is still heavy as hell though... [face_devil]

Ah. Wow, that sounds like a good turn for the band, in my opinion. Though, "Bleeder" has to be my favorite track and I doubt that'll change. ;)

As for Minerva, eh, I'll hear the new album and get it. Just prolly skip that song a lot. :p

And American Head Charge? :D I saw them on their first "major" tour with OzzFest a few years back. They ROCK. :D

I highly recommend it. I think you should go and buy it NOW. Or when you get the chance, whichever... ;) :p

And yes..."Bleeder" is an excellent track. Hmmm....not too sure which NF song is my fave...they have so many great songs. I'd have to say my fave from the new album is "I Wish I Was A Communist". Great stuff. ;)

I hear ya on the "Minerva" track. Gotta do whatcha gotta do, I suppose... :p

And yes. AMH does indeed rock. I caught the tail-end of their set at Ozzfest 2001...and missed their set when they opened for Slipknot and System...so I've never been able to see their show... :(

    Oh well...maybe someday... ;) :D

I'm not a big Slipknot fan nor System fan nowadays. I've kind of retired from the Metal/hardcore James and have donned the more "emo" James. If that makes any sense whatsoever. :p

    Hehe.

And "I Wish I Was A Communist".. well, be careful where you say that around these forums. It could get you in trouble and all. ;) Hehe. :p

:D It's just funny that the first "E" song that popped in my head was another one by the Police. Gotta love Sting.

And I LOVE the version of Roxanne in Moulin Rouge. [face_love]
