He is not my father. I am in no way as clumsy as that Fett person. (can feel an impending doom of falling down in some hilarious manner coming on)

EDIT : Sweet, mate. I like chips. :)

I was informed that I'm desperately needed here...? :D

    *reads some of the posts*

Wait! I was summoned merely for entertainment purposes?? What am I--a clown?

As for this whole flirtation thing, if you guys had me summoned because you somehow think that I'm a big flirt, I'll have you know that I haven't even been mentioned in the JC Community flirt thread... :( :_|

Aren't we all. The ranks of the teen stormtroopers are very well respected within the Academy, i can assure you. Not too late to change your affiliation ;)

    Told you i could get him [face_devil] [face_mischief] ;)

    Just kidding, of course, Valyn.

I use "teenybopper" in a purely derogatory way, meant to associate with young trendy females who like whatever crap is on MTV. :D

When I lived in Canada, I had only heard about MTV. I heard that it was supposed to be like a haven for teenagers.
Then, when I finally got cable in the U.S., I couldn't believe what MTV was really like. Sure, they're award shows can be amusing, but their regular programming is...crap. [face_plain]
And they're always playing reruns! :_|

I switched over to watching VH1, 'cause they kept playing Michael Jackson. :D ;)

Now I don't watch any of those stations, though. I hardly watch tv at all...unless Boy Meets World or The Jackie Chan Adventures are on. :D

MTV is terrible. It's been downhill since 1992, and unwatchable since 1998. I only tune in for an occasional TV special or something, or anything on Mandy Moore or Titney Rears. For obvious reasons. [face_blush]

VH-1 is better, but they need more material.

My mom has sattelite TV at her house...VH-1 Classic is SO damn good. Music videos 24 hours, all decades, and barely any commercials. And they play my favorite groups...Rush, Toto, Pink Floyd...

    LMAO! [face_laugh]

Oh, and I have no idea who those groups are that you mentioned. I've never heard of them before. [face_laugh]

Man, I could use a nice club sandwich. I had some pizza for lunch, but it's giving me indigestion.

We need to get the people from the old thread in here. Where are all of Valyn's accidental innuendos? :D

    Stryker: I'm here. :D
But I gotta' head off to class soon. I've also got my first orientation at Universal today.
The Sears Auto Center really ****ed up my car on Saturday when I took it to them to get rid of a squeaky noise. Now, the steering wheel is pulling to the left, the noise is still there, and the shotgun-side wheel is making a new noise!
I hope my car doesn't fall apart today. :(

    Edit:

Whoops! I gotta' go now! Bye! :D

Ya' know, all I watch on TV anymore is ER and news. All we get on American Forces Network is stuff that's 3 years old.

Oh, and Enterprise on Saturdays, I sorta' like that show. I think it's Scott, he really is an excellent actor, IMO.

EDIT: Hey, Fishi, how are ya'? :)

Gosh, and I'm only three years older than you.

Someone get this boy a classic rock collection, stat!

    I don't have pay-tv either.
Someone, answer me this - Why does everyone in America have pay-tv? it's a mystery...

I don't watch much TV here either. THe only shows I watch regularly are Arthur and ER.

I just have a few cable channels. Like I said, most of the good stuff is on sattelite. I mean, regular TV channels suck, overall. That's why so many people pay for the better stuff. It's an obsession though, really...I mean, they have a game show channel.

I don't! But that's just because I can't. I get a lot of Icelandic, German, and British TV.

Ya' know, Britain is crazy. On Discovery channel, they have this show called "Sex Sense". It's about the biology of the body and sexual interaction. But throughout the show, there are segments of soft-core porn going on! I was blown away when I saw this. You won't find soft-core on the Discovery channel back home...at least, you didn't used to. :D

We only had cable for 2 months when we were renting, and for the rest of my life I've always had regular TV. The normal TV in Aussie was way better than that over here, though [face_plain]

I don't know why American censors are so uptight. European television shows everything, and kids are perhaps less corrupted than little American turds. My country is lame with so many things.

Well, I guess I'm off to bed now. See you guys later, I imagine.

I miss regular TV. How sick is that? When I went on leave to Arizona, all I watched was NBC, ABC, and those types of stations, even though my father-in-law has that digital cable. You just start to miss the simple things when you don't have them anymore.

EDIT: 'Night, Sturm. See ya' bright and early in the evening! ;)
