one time i was dared to eat a jalapeno at the school bonfire. i did. and almost lost it. but whipped cream from the pie throwing booth helped alot!

i have that very egg recipe for breakfest 5 days a week, keeps me going all day

 

LOL. i can't handle hot stuff either, but a friend who i just ate lunch with yesterday said he ate a dozen jalapenos in one sitting with no water. (trust me, he was telling the truth)

I used to love the Jalapeno Poppers that they used to sell at Burger King. Too bad they discontinued them.

 

becuase i live in New Mexico, everything locla revolves around Chilli. if you ever come to Albuquerque make sure you stop by Gardunos and when they ask "Red or Green" always say Red

 

I had a jalepeno pierogie at Christmas a few years ago-it wasn't hot, but it had this horribly bitter, acrid aftertaste. It was the nastiest thing!
