Livin'. My current project is getting together a crew for going to AoTC IMAX Friday night.

So far I have two friends on board. I'm still trying to get a hold of an overworked premed who's a confirmed Star Wars maniac and hopefully enjoying the copy of HttE I loaned her.

 

i wish i had RL friends who were SW maniacs. ill probably end up going by myself.

 

Well, these are just your typical "wait in line all day for the midnight show/have daylong SW movie marathon" fans. I have yet to tutor them with my mastery of Star Wars.

REAL Star Wars fans should be able to ID every ship/vehicle/droid/background character and quote EU by heart

 

the closest Imax is 4 hours away and I have other commitments on Friday. Plus, I'd rather just buy the DVD - it'll be cheaper than gas $$$$$ + the admission $, IMO.

 

I'm not even sure if I'll get aruond to seeing the IMAX version.

 

Well the IMAx at Sunset Place is just a few blocks down US 1 from the University of Miami. If I don't want to burn a piddling amount of gas I can take the shuttle bus or walk.

 

i could probably do that if i tried Alion. and luckily the nearest IMAX happens to be playing AotC, and its only 15/20 minutes away.
