Sullustans, huh?

In every book, sullustans are always midgets. comparable to ewoks. But in the film, Numb sits just as high as Lando, and in the action figure, he is about as tall as any other. Where did the authors get this?

O, and at the end celebration he stands as tall as everyone else, too. The ewoks are about up to his waist or so, just like everyone else.

 

Keep in mind that Nien was sitting in Chewbacca's chair, which is much bigger, giving the illusion that he is short.

But what my man Nien lacked in height, he made up for in coolness. I'll hold off praising his cool hat, because there's only freakin' sweat hat in the GFFA, but I always loved Nien's leather hat.

 

Nien Numb was standing on the seat in the Falcon...

Apparently everyone's forgotten that Nien Nubb drank the ent-draughts years before, leaving him much taller than the average Sullustan.

 

High Heels mate, it was a celebration after all, what you didn't see was him trying to hit on Wicket after too many mugs of Ewok Berry Beer........

 

I've always noticed that, pretty funny. And that Sullustans in the PT look different then Nien Numb.

No, really... I don't remember seeing any unless they're in the senate chambers.

 

The books I am tihnking of (rogue squadron books) were written before PT.

There were only a few, IIRC. In the Outlander Club, perhaps?



This looks like it could be one of them.

 

According to the databank entry for Sullustans on the OS, there were Sullustans in episodes I, II, and VI. Probobly in senate scenes. Maybe one or two walking in the background somewhere.

 

That guy makes Nien Numb look cute.

 

but you still cant gauge his height based on that.

nein nunb is cute. He has the little hat and the big flaps.
