Before - Legends Summer '06 Awards- Awards Ceremony this Saturday @ noon board time!!

    It's that time of year again--the summer fanfic awards!! This year, Before is going second, hosted by Jaya Solo :) Below are the dates of the Before process.

    This year, we're going to require registration before voting as a way for the mods to do sock checks to prevent cheating. There will be a thread in the Resource with instructions.

    Please check out the Volunteer thread in Resource if you're interested in being a volunteer for any of the three eras. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me :)


    Volunteers: June 4 - 18


    Before the Saga

    Noms: June 26 - July 5

    Leeway day: July 6

    Excerpts Submissions: July 7 - 16

    Excerpts posted by: July 21

    Voting: July 22 - 31

    Ceremony: August 5

    A new element has been added to the 2006 Summer Fanfic awards. This time we are having all users interested in nomming and voting for fics register. Please PM Voter_Registration and just let them know you intent to nom or vote.

    Eligibility dates for fanfics in the Summer Awards are December 1, 2005 through May 31, 2006.

    Thanks for the link ardavenport, I'll add it to the first post.

    The reason it's not stickied is that then NCYgurl can't edit the first post as things are decided on. Stickying it is a mod edit and it locks out all other edits.
