Got a new job (again)!!! Better hours, better pay...life is good!

 

What a marvelous day we're having outside today!

 

After 3 hours of testing, rewiring, and inhaling way to many soldering fumes, my soundboard which had quit just weeks before the Bison's game, is once again working.

WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I JUST SAVED $150 IN REPAIR COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!


I'm a little excited about this. I don't know why it quit working, I don't care why it quit working cause right now, it's working fine and it's totally rewired with new connectors and ready for installation.... into something...

Right. Guess I need something new to install it in since I already rewired my old hilt as a stunt blade.

Today is submission day for a huge project at work that has been all consuming. Happy Dance!!!

Got a lead for one of the salesman in the office yesterday...said salesman comes into my office this morning to personally thank me!

I won a contest at Classic Hits 104.1 this morning (2 Second Tune)!!! WOOHOO!

 

(Screaming from the roof top!). "for the first time since July, I am caught up at work!!"

 

I guess I can make it official here - I'm coming home!

After months of negotiations I now own the Buffalo Franchise of Aerus Electrolux. So, hopefully by the end of Feb, but more than likely mid March, I will finally be back in Buffalo full time. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I spoke with my uncle via email and I *think* I already have a place to live and I have him looking for a store front for me.

Feeling lighter and stronger than ever!

 

I received an amazing pat on the back from the higher ups today, and it felt great!

 

So, my boss at Richs did a presentation reintroducing our entire service team to all of the Admins in WHQ. He put together a PowerPoint presentation with photos. I got a message in email this morning from him stating that he was going to "make me famous to the admins" today. In the presentation was a picture that he took of me and his son at SWN12. He also asked to include something on how much we raised at last years game so I sent him the group photo from the check presentation. He wanted to recognize the hard work that some of his team members do for the community.

Needless to say, the room was filled with heart felt laughter at my picture as well lots of comments on how impressed they were with the North Ridge and their hard work with the Bison's. All in all, it went over very well. Nothing like free publicity, right?
