    The next show is between VII & VIII, that's a much bigger time period to work with.

    It'll be good to have one animated show per era (Republic, Empire, New Republic)

    Well, so far we have the Clone Wars coming back which is between AOTC and ROTS, with it being closer to ROTS per the new models. (Republic era / pre Empire)
    And then Resistance is set prior to TFA so post Empire / New Republic era.

    Are you saying there should be a third cartoon?

    There should be. Perhaps set between ROTS and ANH. Something focusing on the Rebels, perhaps.

    Well Resistance needs to tie in concerning what happens to Thrawn and Ezra then 4 years later hopefully Disney will give us more Rebels episodes. #Save Rebels

    It sure will be swell when the DVD and digital is released so we will only have to wait a further month to let everyone watch it at home that couldn't be bothered watching it at the movies so we will not have to tag spoilers here any more.
