He has the final authority on all JC matters, instead of that authority being divided between several administrators. Joshua Griffin still retains authority over all of TFN, of course.

 

Can Josh override Vert?

 

Yes, he can. Vertical is simply the highest authority on the JC, short of Josh.

 

Now the real question is can Josh ban Vert?

 

Anyone "moderator" or higher can be banned, but it won't change anything. They can still login, post, etc etc. They get bypassed. I'm sure this is a safety thing built in, so some disgruntled mod can't ban the rest of the mods and take over.
