I guess I can bring like 3 bags of chips... that ought to be enough.

I just got plastic silverware with the pop and water. It was only a buck for 2 pack of 24 "pieces," since we're mostly doing hot dogs and burgers I doubt we'll need more than 16 knives, forks, etc. Here's the list again:

food - Krash (more the better)
    chips and snacks - Random
drinks - Don, a couple cases of Pepsi and some bottled water
    condiments - ?
    plates - Cindy
    (plastic)knives & forks - Don
a tablecloth or two - ?(do you think we need these?)
    coolers - Krash, Don
    ice - Krash, Don
    cups - Krash

All we really still need is for someone to go to Wendy's and "acquire" some ketchup and mustard.

Sorry for the late reply. I didn't know if I was going to be able to attend.

Krash, do you want help with food? That can get expensive.

Let's get things straight, the meeting starts at 11:00 AM? Then we eat, party, etc. Then we see AOTC together? Is that the plan? I want to nail things down so I know what all our agenda is going to be. And do u we have to bring $5 in addition to bringing something? (If I bring 3 bags of chips that will be approx $5 or more) I want to know how long I'm going to be out and how much money to bring if we're seeing the movie too. Krash, you're the city rep and organized this thing, what was your plan? Any help here would be hot.

You've got it down pretty much Random:

    *Meeting 11 AM
    *Party starts around noon
*If you are buying stuff for cookout, you don't need to donate $5. If you want to give to whatever charity we decide to give to (at the meeting) anyways, that would be great! The $5 thing was originally to compensate people for buying food/stuff.
*Admission to Cinemark is $5 for all shows before 6PM, after that it's $7.50

Now the fun part comes when you read today's "Friday" section in the PD. Cinemark is down to 1 screen...with 2:40 and 6:30 shows. Do we want to pay the extra $2.50 and go to the 6:30? Or only have roughly 2 hours to cook/play before heading down to the movie? Everyone come to the meeting and we'll decide then.

Are there any other theaters in the area that have better times?

    Just a thought.

Not really. Any time gained going to a later show would be lost driving to the theater. If you just want to hang out more, we can always go back to the park after the movie.

ok, to be honest I think the 2:30 would be best actually. The 6:30 would just be too darn late and we have to drive back to Columbus.

Everyone, have a great time. I'm soon off to Toledo. Darn family obligations.
