is there any source for star wars engine sounds (e.g. x-wings or tie-fighters)? fanfilms.com only offers saber and blaster sounds.

i asked for star wars engine sounds! there you only find star trek engine sound. and they do not even sound similar. if it was so easy, i would have found on my own.

It is easy - you just have to do a quick search of the forum first. ;) Here is a large collection of sounds that may help you out.

    Good luck!

Or, if that collection isn't quite to your liking, video games are the answer.

X-Wing Alliance is a great repository for space ship sounds, for example. And they're already in .wav format an' everything.

Jedi Knight 2 isn't bad either.

X-Wing vs TIE Fighter is even better.

If you have it that is.
