Question: In ESB when Vader contacts the Emperor. Another actor portrayed the Emperor's hologram. What's his name and why do his eyes look so weird?

 

I won't take full credit, so I won't ask a question. But the Emperor was actually portrayed by a woman(I can't remember her name anymore) who wore glasses/goggles covered over by makeup. The voice belongs to Clive Revil(sp?)
