SW TV series based on other TV series

So, let's talk about the SW TV series (SWTVS?) that are based on existing non-sci-fi TV series.

Jar-Jar get's his spin-off series called Jar-Jar where he moved from Naboo to another planet where he gets into all sorts of problems. Basically a sit-com based on Joey.

TV series about the life and times of Boba Fett where he is living a normal life but only on the surface. He really is not such a nich guy and has organized crime connections. Based on Sopranos....

The Clone Wars and the years after brin a lot of misery and dead people, aliens and clones. So a lot of funerals....think Six Feet Under were we follow an intergalactic undertaker making a living out of the dead.

Baa Baa Black TIE
A show about a TIE unit that is composed of mostly screw-ups, but they still distinguish themselves.

"Solofeld" - Smuggler Han Solo moves into an apartment on Coruscant. His best friend is Luke, he still hangs out with ex-girlfriend Leia, and Chewbacca the Wookie is his crazy nextdoor neighbor who invites himself over whenever he feels like it in this show about nothing.

"Fett: The Bounty Hunter" - Boba Fett gets married, has a couple of kids, and heads an entire family of bounty hunters in his own weekly reality series.

"Anchorhead 90210" - Luke and his buddies experience teen life. (Perhaps this could also be called "Beggar's Canyon" instead of "Dawson's Creek." )

 

There should be a sitcom with Vader and palpatine where Vader tries to get out of odd situations with his boss, a bit like that Simpsons episode ( 22 short films about springfeild) where principle skinner gets out of a situation with superintendent chalmers.

 

"Lost Planet" -- A luxury starcruiser crash lands on an unchartered planet that at first glance appears to be uninhabited by any higher life forms. But as time passes and no rescue appears imminent, strange things begin happening that lead the survivors to question whether they are indeed all alone.

 

Hey, I like the idea of Darth Vader doing an "Apprentice" type show.
The loser does not get fired each weeked, he gets Dark Power Choked...

 

how about a younger Yoda and his plucky female apprentice investigating strange phenomenon ala Mulder and Scully?

There's already a Sith Apprentice fan film with The Emperor in the Donald Trump role. Vader, Count Dooku, Darth Maul and Jar Jar Binks are the contestants. It is awesome to watch.

Luke could try and get with Camie, but Fixer is in the picture.

 

This is probably the funniest thread at TFN. How about one that has Vader's comic antics at work doing stuff like...

-building a bed under his desk so he can sleep in his office
-sleeping with the cleaning lady
-saying he's a communist to meet women
-leaving his TIE Adv parked outside the office round the clock to make Sidious think he's burning the candle at both ends.

 

DS615, If it wasn't a joke, I would actually tune in for the shows Empire and Baa Baa TIE. Sad, I know.

Either 'Imperial Idol', where Vader chokes the bad contestants or 'Tatooine Idol' where Jabba presses a button and the bad contestants are eaten by the Rancor.
