Well I figure there are two possible outcomes: either the chancellor will turn this senate into one that will need a new constitution or, if he is wrong and the three do indeed have power, we will need a constitution for the new senate which one of us will create... So lets start on that constitution shall we? Let me share a skeletal vision of the vague rules we are considering:

That sounds good Lemming. The 'Three' dont make it any fun. I just want the chancellor make this scenarios with help from his vice-chancellor and the senate to just vote on things.

 

Yes. Allowing the SC to create scenarios would provide an opportunity to be creative and give people an incentive for running.
