    I call the speaker to prepare the elections Ekhranomicka.

    I cannot in good graces contest the next election. Muunilinst is having domestic issues with its transport of refugees and I fear there may be some infiltration of criminal syndicates obtaining false transports in the name of Muunilinst. Our shipments of ore and commodities are in good supply but the citizen aspect has alarmingly dwindled. I will keep the senate informed of the development when more information is at hand.

    OOC: I'm back, but it looks like everyone else has been gone for some time?

    IC: Mr. Chancellor, honorable representatives of the Republic, I sincerely apologize that my duties on Califia have kept me from this body for such an extended period. However, I am pleased to report that 1.2 million Vorc refugees have been relocated to our planet, and the Consul is preparing to settle in the remaining refugees in the time to come. In addition, the first of a series of deep-crust tricobalt mines has been successfully constructed, and the profits from this enterprise will ensure that our economy will not be severely impacted by the influx of refugees.
