Don't think we need to. The quorum call was called because of the Slave bill. Votes (and abstentions) would remain. Quorun would be lowered to 8 and the vote would pass, IMO. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

As long as we meet quorum and the number for the bill is over half, it's all good. Not to say that their votes don't matter... but... their votes... won't... matter. That really didn't come out well. Hope you understand anyway.
