Let me make it clear we all know for a fact that the Speaker was involved in dubious business deals and as the censure states:
"Be it resolved that:

1. The Speaker willingly participated in questionable business practices, raising ethical concerns over the Speaker’s motivations and qualifications;"
It is quite clear that this is the case no need for debate.

Let it be clear to this Senate that I have not willingly participated in suspicious activity, and that I find it shameful that my assistants have not been responsible in reporting all that was needed. I have not intentionally wronged this Senate, but I apologize for any wrongdoing.
