hey royal, that's awesome you could get tickets!! well i took the whole day off for the 1st so i can get up there early so i am probably going to find an alternate route up there since you will be working. but again, i thank you a million times for the offer i look forward to see you (and all the rebels) there just look for the padawan in the homemade robes, hah i am goign to be such a sight

 

Gang, I'm at the IMAX site now...there's some seats open for the 7:45 show again!!! Get 'em while you can!!!

Hey all!!
I should be at the theatre no later than 6-ish. I will have my digital cam with me. No costume but I should have my Jedi Academy t-shirt on.
I'll be happy to take pics of you, you with the 501st (long as it's ok with them) or whatever!
Hopefully this will be the first in a long run of crossover events with the Rebels and NEG 501st.

Well my offer still stands, because of school related stuff, the earliest I can go is Sun. November 3rd @ 8pm. If anyone else can't go till them I have nop problem meeting up...if not, enjoy the show!

Ok, yesterday there seems to be some heated and unnecessary comments posted about The 501st questions as to whats going on.

I've straightened it all out with Bob and everything is cool.

Just so you all know,they did not come in here to start a beef.

Here's the thing,there was a little confusion as to wether or not any of us would be helping with the Charity photos.Basically,if your costume is not that authentic looking it would look kinda dumb asking for money for having your pic taking with a fan.I have to agree,I wouldnt pay anything to have my pic taken with someone in a store bought halloween costume.I'm sure you all can see the logic in that.You have to remember that we(us and the 501st)are basically representing LucasFilms on this,and it wouldnt look right.

But that doesnt mean you cant help out with other stuff going on.I would appreciate full cooperation from everyone attending that night.Even if your just gonna hand out the Bantha Tracks,maybe help the 501st out if they need anything like water and stuff.

Right now our main role is the Jedi Dual for the kids,lets not ruin this for them.Thats what Star Wars is mainly targeted at,The Kids!!

I have a few left of the actual con flyers,but it might be a little cheesy handing them out.But maybe we could print up a few of our flyers and put em in the "Bantha Tracks".

My mother refuses to let me use her credit car on the computer. So I have to wait until Tuesday when I can get into boston to buy one at the window, if there are even any left...
I don't wanna sound like a mooch, but if anyone who has a credit card or easy access to buying a ticket would like to reserve me a ticket, I would pay you back the night of the showing. I would greatly appreciate it. Cuz waiting til tuesday is risky

 

The certificates are done,I sent em off to carrie to be printed.I must say they look pretty good *pats self on back*.I'll post a pic of em sometime tomorrow, dont have the time right now
