Earlier spy reports from Ewok Pudu said it was Padme who hid on Obi-wan's ship, but then Obi-wan's ship was Grievous' stolen ship...

I always believe dit was Obi-wan who hid on Padme's, and that's what the Hard Copy spoilers said.

Now I don't know.

There's no room for Padme to stow away, plus the droids have to get there.

 

Then Obi-Wan doesn't stow away on the skiff? He must follow it instead, then sneaks up to watch the last scene between Padme and Anakin. Maybe Hard Copy and/or Ternian made the assumption he'd stowed away.
