SWN - Check Presentation Aug 22

What: Check Presentation from SWN
Where: Coca Cola Field
When: Saturday August 22
Time: Arrival 6:00pm Gametime: 7:05pm

The Bisons have invited us back to present the check for the money we raised at SWN. We will once again be assembling on the field with the big check, then are invited into the stadium for one last thank you from the team.

NR members and wranglers who helped at SWN 2015 are invited to attend.

Please RSVP so I can give Anthony a headcount.

Tickets and wristbands will be available at Will Call (Star Wars). Once inside, head upstairs at the party area (where upstairs photo area was at SWN). Anthony will meet you there at 6:30 at lead you to the field for the presentation.

Drinks will be available from 6-9 and food from 7-9.

I'm tentative at the moment as I don't know my work schedule for that week, yet.

 

So far only 3 people confirmed a definite yes. Will there be a alternate date for this if majority of people cant make it?

yeah I noticed that.....another negative from having SWN so late .....they just keep piling up don't they .... wonder how many it will take for the Bisons to smarten up

 

It's unfortunate but entirely up to the Bisons schedule. Nothing we can do. Good thing you can always not volunteer for it if you hate it so much.

I would think they would work there schedule around us since were there biggest money maker. Is this making me sound like a prima Donna yet lol
