SWN Rehearsal Schedule- RESPOND ASAP

Effective immediately, I will be putting together the SWN Rehearsal schedule.

If you have a location that is available for rehearsal for SWN, please email the following to NRSECRETARY@gmail.com:

Please note, The North Ridge is aware not everyone can make every rehearsal. But by providing a schedule, our participating members can plan ahead. Thank you for your help and cooperation.

What times?

 

I unfortunately don't have a dueling location to add. Although not sure if we are posting our personal availability to this site, but if so the best days I am available are Tues, Wed and weekends.

 

By the quick show of hands at the meeting, it seemed people had a variety of availability. So I am currently working on having rehearsals on various days of the week. By the way, I am in communication with Anthony regarding on-field rehearsals.

 

Jim, Mary Lozinski and I will be dueling on the field. I get killed by 2 people this year!

 

Wrong thread, Norma. I still need times your location is available for rehearsal please.

 

I can make time Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and weekends. Just tell me where and when.

FYI: Per our Director, Rehearsal at the Terminal for THIS SATURDAY, May 23, is CANCELLED.

I am not familiar with parks other than in the Amherst/Williamsville/Clarence area so please offer your input now so we may provide a geographical range for our members.

Please respond ASAP: I want to get the calendar out tomorrow. Please let me know if you awaiting confirmation on a location.

 

Thanks for coming up with a calendar, Anna! Given the difficulty predicting weather more than a few days in advance, outdoor spaces should only be on the table for field rehearsals.

Speaking of which, what is the basis of these dates? Looking at the Bisons's schedule and comparing when they are away and likely the field would be available for field rehearsal, only the July 9 date works. Could we get other dates before, other than the ones currently indicated above, where we could rehearse on Coca Cola Field?

Last year, when we got in the month of the show, we found unused baseball parks and even used their parking lot and made up a mock field to practice our stage flow.

 

I'm on it. And I have dates and times from bisons. Coming out soon.

Mondays after 5:00p
Wednesdays after 6:30p (except 6/10)
Fridays after 5:00p (except 6/26)
Saturdays after 3:00p (except 5/30, 6/27, 7/4)
Sundays after 3:00pm (except 6/7)

I will keep this up to date weekly, just in case something changes.
