Entering the dates I still have available, I noted that Wednesday, June 17 (possibly BP 5:45), was not listed. Is this an oversight or is there a reason?

 

There's a reason.
There are 4 rehearsals scheduled for that week already.

I can make two of the four currently scheduled.

I ask because Wednesday is an on-going training time. Club members are still welcome to come to Bassett Park, Wednesdays, 5:45 PM, weather permitting, and train in lightsaber dueling techniques if not also their actual SWN choreography.

 

Several bets are not available on Wednesday. I tried to make the schedule as best to my ability with variation for everyone. If you choose to continue at Bassett that day, that's great!

Unfortunately, I can generally only make weekdays.

Steve Lu. and I will probably be practicing our duel most Wednesdays at Bassett park if anyone else wants to join in.

Today's practice was great (but chilly!). About 9 people were able to make it. Larry went through the walk through of the show for those of us there.

 

An important reminder is to exchange phone numbers and emails with your partners so you can communicate your attendance at rehearsals. Time is very limited to rehearse this year and very precious.

 

In addition, I'd add that it generally takes A LOT longer than one expects to create a good-looking duel. If you film yourself it is surprising how SLOW your duel can look. For me, it takes many, many days going over a completed duel to make it look anything close to ok.

 

Something that will help speed up your duel are stage combat techniques. When I make it to the next rehearsal I'd be happy to discuss and demonstrate

I will not be able to make any of the weekday practices until the week of the game. As for weekends I am still trying to iron out a set schedule

I am going out of town and will be limited access to computer/internet. I will continue to work on calendar - thank you for the input re: locations!
I hope to get official copy sent out by SUNDAY. Still waiting to confirm some Central Terminal Dates. This way we have some indoor locations scheduled as opposed to last minute scrambling for the weather.

I will be at most of the tues and wed practices along with weekends, except will not be able to make may 30th, June13th, june 19th, june 20th, june 27th, july 5th

Weekdays are tough. Friday's I can probably swing though.
I can't do Saturday May 30th, June 13th, and July 5th
**the week of the event I will be free!**

 

I can start making Saturday, Tuesday and or Thursday rehearsals, however, my partner can't do weekday rehearsals as mentioned above. Biz, I can probably work some choreography with you during the week.

 

No rehearsal today MAY 30 due to event conflicts.
