Aiden and I will be there tomorrow. We will not stay too late as Aiden has state testing this week.
No Dan - Erin can't meet Tues. They have Thursdays set up.

Gotcha. For some reason I had 7 down.
That's a little late for a school night.
We'll be there early regardless tonight. If there is a place to practice, then they will. Leaving by 8p.

Am I correct in understanding that the April 22nd date has been changed to April 29th (at McKinley)? If so, what time will it be? Did I miss the change listing in the thread?

 

I'm not sure to what you are referring?
The 29th is a mandatory show rehearsal.
As far as I know, the 22nd is still a mandatory workshop. I remember a date Bill was unable to lead a workshop, but cannot find it in my ocean of email and messages.

If this has changed, can we have an updated schedule?

 

Are we confirmed for Adam's Mark tonight at 7:30?

There was the possibility I was going to D.C. for Earth Day and the Science March. But, instead, I'll be joining the march in Buffalo and then leading the workshop immediately after.

Bill has it correct; we were talking of moving the date for a brief time but with Bill in town we are keeping 4/22 as a mandatory workshop.

I thought the production schedule said McKinley.

 

Adam's Mark has not been returning Larry's calls; we will be at McKinley until they get back to him.

UPDATE:

Just got off the phone from Larry, who finally heard back from the Adam's Mark.

We have ADAM'S MARK for this Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 to 9 both nights. We will NOT be at McKinley after all.


Thank you to Larry who has been calling AM nearly daily in order to secure the space for us!

 

So, just to clarify, this is for tonight (Tuesday, April 11) at 7:30pm. Correct?

Correct! We have Adam's Mark reserved tonight (4/11) as well as Thursday (4/13) for a few folks if they want to practice that night as well.
