Ah yes, I forgot about that. Well, I suppose that would be contingent upon what Disney's plans are with the existing EU. Personally, I'd rather save Luceno and Stover for Episode VII compliant EU, if given a choice of one or the other.

I asked about the trilogy on the Del Rey facebook. The PR guy said to wait to SDCC.

Couldn't care less thanks to the damage done post-NJO.

I could see it being the end of the current EU, but wouldnt it just sort of be an alternative universe thing? Would there still be books coming out having to do with the characters in the new movies? I think we've already been spoiled but it def. shouldnt stop. Why not just continue this version of the EU and keep the new movies separate and having nothing to do with the EU, or just make the new movie material (as in new books and comics having to do with it etc.) as well? Everyone would know the difference. So what if its confusing. Two Universes. If they are going to put an end to this version of post ROTJ, they should atleast fulfill the SWOTJ books. It would crazy to stop so many books and comics just because new movies were made that don't follow them. So what if they do or dont?

Considering the characters involved and especially the author I will celebrate if it gets cancelled.

Because Knowing me I would have had to buy it and read it anyway . . . and it would have been annoying

I am a huge Jaina fan, but am not looking forward to any future books by Christie Golden. I started liking Denning while reading FOTJ and I'm convinced it's because her writing was so poor. So if it gets cancelled...no big deal. News intrigues me though. Will be staying tuned.

It won't be too much longer before we find out the fate of this trilogy.

Still too long to wait for the end of the EU.

Don't really care if it is cancelled, to be honest; Jaina is boring, and Golden is dreadful.

I have to say that Vestara, as written by Golden and Allston (not Denning's version) is possibly the only good addition to the EU in the entire FotJ series.

I'm not all that interested in Jaina, but they really need to start finishing some of these loose ends. Poor Luke still hasn't got a clue as to why he blathered that bit about "Sword of the Jedi" in the first place.

That shirt will be hilarious, rare and worth a lot if the book gets cancelled and there is no further shirt production. I hope she hangs on to it.

Troy Denning mentioned SOTJ in an interview on the main page several times, so I don't think it's cancelled. I feel like we'll get some good news at the SDCC.

But people here don't like Troy Denning. Why should they believe anything he says?
