Stuff to do/bring for the Collectors' Convention:


DISPLAY CASE for the SW goodies that we'll put on display:
a.. Cholo will bring bookcase
b.. Adrian will bring another bookcase, smaller.

SW GOODIES:
a.. Ian will bring TESB jigsaw puzzle
b.. Cholo will bring mounted posters
c.. Statues, tradebooks c/o Cholo
d.. Other members who have SW toys/memorabilia are invited to bring their
stuff to be displayed
e.. Earl will bring the DVD of Star Woids
f.. Eva will bring Ep1 interactive banks

MISC


a.. SWP flyers c/o Jedi Ginny and Ian
b.. Canvass for printer to do the SWP banner for the booth (ian/aids)
c.. Cholo will bring Trivial Pursuit for the booth so we can have games!
d.. Oneal: Will you be able to bring a DVD player or your laptop?
e.. Adrian will upload final site template to the Files section. Site
will be finished by Convention day, and saved on a disk. People will be
able to access the site from the booth.
f.. A couple of SWP members are having their own booths at the Con: Degs
and Darth Maulder
g.. Sign-up sheet c/o Jedi Ginny
h.. Raffle coupons c/o Ian
i.. RAFFLE: The point of having a booth at the collectors' fair is to
promote SWP and to get more members. Membership is FREE. But, people have
the option to pay a fee to get an SWP button OR sticker, as well as join the
day's raffle. Existing members can also join the raffle. Earl / Cholo will
donate prizes for the raffle. (3 winners) Names will be drawn at 6 - 7 pm.
j.. costing for stickers c/o Ian. If printing stickers is more manageable
than having buttons made, we'll stick to stickers.
k.. Prepare tent card that says "Now Playing", indicating the video/CD
currently playing at our booth
OTHER MATERIALS THAT WE'LL NEED AT THE BOOTH:

a.. Scissors, stapler, cutter, cutting mat, extension cords, masking tape,
pens, markers, paper, ruler, cash box.
b.. Aids: can you bring your speakers?
