    Sorry guys, looks like this is taking longer than expected. My original ETA was done before I had any idea what to expect. Looks like it will be the end of the week now. Meanwhile, I may try to get all the decks and articles up on the site for viewing. My apologies again, this is a big task to make sure we just don't pick something rashly.
