hey gang sorry I've been absent for awhile. My motherboard fried and I had to put in a new one. But I'm back... as far as shirts we have two options. One, most places will charge about 14-15 bucks to do what we want. If we bring our own shirts its like 13. Two, ( and I think this would be more fun and way cheaper ) I found a places that makes Iron ons for like 4 bucks an iron on. I figure we could get together some time and do this. But either way.


oh yeah and where are we meeting for the jan. 19th meeting?

 

What happened to the places that could do it for under $10?

 

oh yes those places... there were two. One changed their mind???? and the other said they would do it for that much if we made over 50. There was one place I found that said they'd do it for under 10 bucks and any # we want but only 1 color.

 

Yipes, there's always a catch I guess. Well decide at the meeting and let me know what you all want to do.

Gelzcapz, PM Mobius over from our phoenix boards. He's been getting shirts made online for 10 dollars or so for larger orders and they have been great so far. He'll give you the info to look into it.

 

What kind of T-Shirts are you guys doing, I know a couple of silk screeners in town if you guys haven't gotten them printed yet. Seeing as I get my own shirts printed from time to time. I ,most likely, can get them for under $10 depending on how many colors and stuff like that.

bumping this up... since we are close to hopefully finalizing the t-shirts we dcan discuss more info here.

We will need # of shirts and sizes for everyone.

 

Okay we went ahead and got an estimate on the shirts...

For the 3 colour logo 1:

12 shirts: estimated around 15.25 per shirt
24 shirts: estimated around 10.50 per shirt

For the 2 colour logo 1:

12 shirts: estimated around 12.50 per shirt
24 shirts: estimated around 9.20 per shirt

Logo 1: 2 colour and 3 colour

Now there may be taxes included as well (6%). These prices include the cost per shirt- the screen charge (10 bucks per colour) and film charge (14 bucks per colour).

We have to pretty much buy in qtys of 12. If we purchase 24 we maybe able to not be charge another fee- screen charge.

According to the number of people posting on the board and that attend meetings and so on...we are estimating at least one shirt per person which makes that we have to order at least 12-16 shirts.

The two color one looks fine to me. I say we order the 12 shirts. That way we have an extra if we get a couple of new members.

 

I would like to too but as i stated I have a feeling that we have 12 or more people in the group.

We need to get an exact amount that everyone once before finalizing...

Going to start a poll for the finalizing of the t-shirt logo and we are good to go.

well okay.. just an update... we are already have orders for 11 shirts, and that is not everyone putting in their shirt orders yet.

So it looks like we are down to choosing the logo for 2 or 3 color. We will most likely have to go with 24 shirts now.

Varza, Is something wrong with the link for the pre-order of the shirts? I am interested in 1....possibly 2!

 

unfortunatly due to the problem with the server that redlor.com uses the webpages are down at the moment. We are hoping the problem will be fixed soon.

If you would live to order shirts please PM or post the quanity and the sizes you want.

We will be having a 2 color logo.

PLease everyone get your order in ASAP... I would like ot have everyones order in by the next Thursday so we can finalize prices and everyone can pay at the next meeting for their shirt.

I got the film for the shirts, and I'll be going to the silk screener, either monday or tuesday, (when ever I got time) so if you want an odd size ( L or XXL) be sure you preorder, there should be a couple of extra XL left for any one who didn't preorder... but no guantees

so in other words, no preorder, no shirt...

and to be safe get you preorder in to me before monday...
