I feel terrible.

My throat and ears hurt so bad that it's hard to sleeps. I can't cough because I did a Pilates work out a few days ago and coughing just makes my stomach muscles more sore. This is good for the biggest loser thing because I have been living off of soup and popsicles.

Anyways, I just thought I'd share my misery with the world.

Have you been to the doctor, Sarah? I am concerned you may have strep. I am no doctor, but severe sore throat of that magnitude is always cause for concern. Feel better, sweetheart.

 

My doctor is closed today, or at least I think they are, I've been trying to get a hold of them for half an hour. I'll probably go into urgent care or something, which is open at 9am. Don't know if it's strep or not (my younger sis just had a nasty cold that I think I caught) but hopefully that docs will be able to give me something for the pain at least. I'm even having trouble sleeping because it hurts so much

Ends up my mom had some stuff with codeine. So I took that, but the ibuprofen seems to work better. Just been sleeping a lot and have eaten several boxes of popsicles.

I have been fighting a terrible headache and nauseau all day. Just woke up after sleeping about 4 hours. Thank kinda helped. I think its from staring at a computer screen so much.

I'm a little worried about my sore throat. Large amounts of ibuprofen dulls the pain considerably, but it hasn't gone away. I think we're coming up on the 3rd week that it's been sore. And it really doesn't hurt like a 'normal' sore throat. I'll find out what's going on Monday (hopefully) but until then I'm going to sleep this entire weekend away.
