Taking a single frame from Premiere 5.1

    I've got a series of shots for a cinematography assignment on my Digital8. I've got to take a still from each shot and save it as a jpeg. Course, I didn't think it'd be that hard. So how would you go about doing that?

    It should tell you on page 328 of your User Guide under Exporting a still image.

    File > Export > Frame , I believe. Then go into the options to change the image size and type.

    Doh! Yeah, that's got it. I was looking in the index under Frame, not still image. Thanks guys!

    You could also export it as a bmp or tiff series, that will save every frame as its on picture. Dont know if that works in ver 5.1 or not - does in 6.5
