You know what...I mentioned this in passing, but it should be said here as well.

At the end of Rogue Planet, Thracia Cho Leem is mentioned as leaving the Jedi Order after counseling Anakin. But in AotC dialogue, Jocasta Nu mentions that Dooku was the most recent to leave the Order, and he does so shortly after TPM, about 3 years before Thracia.

So either Jocasta Nu is mistaken ( not likely, considering that she is the main Jedi historian ) or Thracia came back. That's not implausible, since didn't Obi-Wan come back after leaving with the Young or whatever?

 

Thracia possibly just could have taken a "leave of absence." You know - a temporary 6 month break from the action or something.
