Tales of the Old Republic?

When will we see a Tales of the Old Republic anthology? Perhaps a Tales of the Clone Wars? Any info? Speculation?

 

I'm guessing it will be after the release of Episode III.

 

... and cost about the same to produce (even reprints).

I still contend that this is just a deceitful excuse they make for not doing them. In Star Wars, I don't believe the authors get royalties, so there is no way anthologies cost the same amount to produce.

 

I believe the authors do get paid a miniscule amount each time their story or book is printed. Which is a small royalty.

 

I may have read somewhere in Aust you'd get around 25c per book sold. Is that why the creed is don't quit your day job?

Ah, Stephen King, and the ability to demand $4m before anyone even sees the book to publish. Some gardners have a sweet tree!

 

How many "Tales of..." have there been? I have Cantina, Bounty Hunters, Empire, and New Republic. Is that all of them?

 

And don't forget the Tales comics!

I'd like to see a Tales from the Clone War, seeing as taht we've got all of these clone wars stories in Insider and Gamer...

 

I'd love to see a "Tales of the Sith Wars"(be it Exar Kun's or Darth Malak's) or an often-proposed "Tales of the Vong Wars". Really a shame that they're not even considering putting together a new tales book because of sales.
