Tauntaun

Is there a tutorial anywhere so I can learn how to make a tauntaun life size statue?

I saw one at C3 that was very nice. She was very well made and the best part was that she could be ridden on, however, she couldn't walk. Is it possible to make a tauntaun who could walk under her own power?

Any help on this would be helpful.

Until I went to C3, I thought I was the only person that likes tauntauns enough to want to make one.

 

I talked to the guy who built the tauntaun a couple of months ago. She was supposed to move under her own power, he had intended to "ride" her around. However, I guess that didn't work out. He himself is an engineer for Ford Motor Company, he designed and built her frame, hired someone to do the animatronics, and hired someone else for the fur work. I believe he said he spent something like $20,000 to make her. He did say that he intended to post a tutorial online at some point.
