Well as you all know, it is time for us to take back our money from the Feds... Yes you guessed it, tax time.

I just wanted to offer my help with anyone's taxes this year. So, if anyone would like some help with their taxes just send me a PM and I can give you details.

I normally do my own however this year I have made a LOT more then the $720.00 I did last year. I do the EZ form...but I always think I need a cigarette after...I guess I should consider doing the long form...but it frightens me so...

Sistine - You may still be able to do the EZ form. It all depends on what you have to file. Send me a PM and we can talk some more and see if you can still do the EZ form.

You really dont want to mess with our taxes.

 

Why is that?

 

First we have to start with my small business and separate it between my father and myself. Plus he retired 8 months into the year. I think we generate a k-1. Then we have to move everything with mine to deal with my wife taxes. She works in California but resides here.

This is always a fine time. NOT!

I just filled mine out on Turbotax.com. I owe 1074!
And 175 to the state!

I think one of my W2's is wrong. EEKK!

edit: I should mention that NOT being a homeowner and no kids AND claiming exempt for 3 months doesn't help.

 

Well, I'm getting about $50 back from the Feds, but I owe the state about $120. How do ya like that? I figured I'd be getting more back this year. Oh well.

 

Home owner, low paid, and out of a job for months..... WOO HOO RETURN !!!!!!!!!!

 

We got a return from both the state and Feds this year.

Well, I did it again. Just when I said I wasn't going to do it again this year, I did. What's that you ask, well you'll probably see me along with everyone going to the PO tonight.
