[TCG] Opinion on larger expansion sizes.

The "Ask Wizards" feature last week answers a question about future set sizes. Instead of the normal 90 or 180 set sizes, Battle of Yavin and Jedi Guardians will be 105 cards and the fall set will be 210 cards. Next year, hints are that they may be even bigger.

What do you all think of this? Originally I was all for the small sizes, but after playing for some time, a lack of a good card base has been a tad bit frustrating (even after ANH).

 

As long as they don't overproduce hard to find cards. I f there are to many rares in a set it will make it hard to get the cards you want especially if you have a small budget. The bigger the sets are the harderit will be to complet sets for a collecter. If its done right though it should be great.

I don't care either way. Smaller sets are easier to collect but larger sets provide more cards and more strategies so I don't really care.

 

i prefer smaller sets, caus i got no hope if the expansions are large, im still catchin up on the anh and sr sets.

 

I was going to try and collect them all, but now I am just going to get as much as possible and then buy singles for decks I want to make. It's too hard to try and collect them all even if the sets are small.

 

well im almost done on the aotc set, i only need half the rares to go.

 

I have most of AOTC and all of SR. I need some money so I can get some ANH.
