The fleet that Admiral_Volshe was in command of made the jump to hyperspace to reinforce another fleet during the battle of Fondor when the navicomputer on her flagship malfunctioned. Her ship ended up flying through a star, then bounced too close to a supernova and were never seen or heard from again.

Unlike Bastila and her party, benknobi1 didn't get off planet in time and was killed when Darth Malak ordered the Sith fleet to raze the planet in an areal bombardment.
