Falcon was killed when she stepped on a large patch of ice as she was walking to her car. She slid past her car and into teh street where she was struck by a car and knocked into teh back of a garbage truck that was slowly going down teh street as teh garbage men were emptying teh garbage cans in taht neighborhood. Her foot hit teh lever taht started teh compactor mechanism and she, along with some of teh garbage, was smashed into a cube.
