Reading leads to spoilers. Spoilers are the path to the dark side.

Admired the AOTC novelization cover at AZ Mills yesterday. Read the quote on the back. Put it down and walked away.

    :)

Your strength is admired. I walked by the book sitting on my kitchen counter this morning. Grunted and continued on.

Temptation is good for the soul, it helps build character.

It's also fun to see the Queen's reaction when you mention the full comic of Ep2 in the next car over :D

It is not wise to upset the Queen......or is that a wookie? I always get those mixed up.

You must repent. Head to the Judland wastes and do missionary work for the Jawas until May 16th.

I'm ashamed to say I picked up the AOTC Visual Dictionary and read through it cover to cover.

Jeeze, I'm more spoiled than anybody short of those who have read the book. It sucks.

On the other hand, it has only served to heighten my anticipation and desire to see the movie.

You could always just read the first few chapters. They are not in the theatrical version.

Oh, you should read the book, it's really freakin awesome, especially when Yoda chops Tyranus down at the kneecaps!!!

(yes, I'm joking, if that's really a spoiler, then I'll eat my bootlaces...er...maybe not, but you get the point).

I've had the book since it came out, along with Entertainment Weekly's issue on Star Wars and Time's issue. Haven't read any of them. They're all sitting behind me, waiting for Christmas, I mean Opening Day :).

things you should NOT look at unless you want to be spoiled:

    - the soundtrack track listing (yes, this time also)
    - the back of the "episode II cereal" box
    - the padme paper doll book
    - the visual dictionary (don't even THINK about looking)
    - the back of the zam wesell toy (not the front either)
    - any of the toy names :p

and for god's sake DON'T DO ANY SEARCHES ONLINE! i actually got spoilers in my search results! ACK!

for episode 3 i don't even think i'm gonna lok at the trailers. blah.

Once you spoil yourself for sure on one thing, the rest is sure to follow.

    You may say you're spoiled....

You can know the words and the events...

But you haven't heard Christopher Lee's voice insinuating Count Dooku's words into your mind.

You haven't heard Frank Oz try to set the moral course of the galaxy.

And you haven't seen the fury of battle like this ever before with your very eyes in a galaxy far, far away.

You are not spoiled, there is always hope.

But don't the small spoilers only wet your appetite and make your desire for May 16th stronger.
I have done web searches and purchased the soundtrack. To be honest I am still a little in the dark as to the plot line.

I will NOT however do what I did with EPI. I worked at Atomic Comics at the time; we used to chase each other around with an open copy of the trade. I was called to it one afternoon and thought, 'This won't hurt, it will be completely painless.' The darkside won and I opened the book directly to the duel and Qui Gon's death. I dropped the book and hung my head low. Thus began my travel down the dark path...
