I've really enjoyed the series. It doesn't try to have too many one-liners, and everyone seems to be taking it seriously. I'll miss it if it really is gone for good.

I still have the last 2 episodes to watch on my Sky box...but thoroughly enjoyed all the episodes so far.

In the last episode I saw (third to last this season) at least they were making more links to Cyberdene which were interesting, and the start of the 'changes' that led to JD.

How come though our Scottish totty didnt realise how it all started if she came from the future?? [face_thinking]

I'm hoping they renew the show for a third season, even if it has to be the last one. I just have to know how John trapped in the future without anybody knowing who he is pans out.

Cool - ok, Ive now seen the finale - and I hope its not the series finale [face_worried]

Great ending and plenty I think to get Fox making a third season.

Im looking forward to seeing how Salvation ties in with the John Connor quandry.

And BTW - Spike I bet you enjoyed the scene where John has to check Cameron's power source =P~ . I was thinking of you at that exact moment....I bet you thought 'finally!!!!!!!'

Seeing as though only me and Spike seem to watch the darn thing on this entire forum can we post what actually happened now?? :-B

I just thought John Connor was a pretty lucky guy that moment :p

Incidentally I just watched The Big Bang Theory episode where Summer Glau appears. I'd hope we're not like that when we meet the stars.

Might as well post spoiler free, up until Season Three anyway ;)

    Ahem...

Anyway, Salvation takes place 14 years after J-day so I presume that there does not need to be a tie-in with the series or any of the other movies.

Tell me more! I didnt realise it was 14 years after??

How does that fit in terms of continuity?

The jump forward in time did something to the timeline. We're not sure what, or how - but Skynet and John appear to be playing some crazy chess game through time...

...so in this new timeline what do the T 1000 variants (the lovely Miss Manson) do? The good guys or the bad guys?

I think that Mrs Weaver will be noticeably absent from the movie (as will Derek, Allison/Cameron, et al). The ending to T:TSCC was left deliberately vague so as to; a, Leave you thinking "What was all that about?" if that's the end of the series. b, Give the writers something to work with if there is another series.

Salvation will totally ignore T:TSCC and only acknowledge T3 in respect of the 2004 Judgement Day. Trying to delve into this timeline business just left me with a headache.....

    There's one with a hump
    and one who can jump
and one who is well . . . a little bit plump .

    Some like it hot
    and some like it chilly,
and some like it both ways and that's a bit silly.

    Some are friendly,
    some are scary,
but one thing is sure : not one is or-di-na-ry.

    Some are spotty,
    some are stripy,
they're prickly and woolly and furry and slimy.
    Some are quite big
    and some very small,
and the last one's Georgina who's incredibly tall.

Reading through those words, some of them are quite disturbing...

It's well written, has good acting and a "just right" plotline in terms of complexity - Why would the Sci-Fi channel be interested in it?

Yeah I have to admitt that she is quite strikingly beautiful.

I heard that the Director for T4 didn't want to involve any part of the series in the Movie proberly didn't want to cause confusion.
It could be the reason why it got cancelled I doubt it if it will come back on SCi-fi channel.

Because apart from Fox, they would probably be the only ones who would resurrect it.
