Why not try sending a fax to that number and seeing what the response is?

Does TFN even have a central physical office?

It seems to me that everyone who works for this site is located all over the country. So, it seems perfectly logical that the person who recieves the faxes could well be just some dude in Forida.

Not only that, but it could simply be a fax number for a fax service, which would then email the faxes to a TFN address. A fax is, after all, essentially a scanner tied to a modem, and it simply sends electronic data over the phone lines.

There's a mojo at the Daily News they'll let Phil use.

    A mojo?

A mojo. It's a very modern machine that transmits pages over the telephone. It only takes eighteen minutes a page.

The mojo wire was invented by Hunter S. Thompson.
He says so in On The Campaign Trail '72.
He's a journo, you can trust him.

Hubert Humphery stalking the halls of a hotel in a drug-addled stupor rings bells for me ;)
