I am utterly convinced that george lucas initially intended him to be revealed as a sith lord.

Lol, I actually don't do that because there's an online application that monitors play and I don't want to upset Disney by playing an unscheduled screening for myself. The fun part is going in during notable moments and seeing the crowd reactions. Always get cheers for the Falcon reveal and Han & Chewie's first appearance.

The guy being mistaken for Jar Jar is blue and has a snout more like Garindan than Binks' horse mouth. No floppy ears.

 

If this is true I've lost a lot of respect for JJ Abrams, especially considering that his movie was nowhere near as good as TPM.
