TFA to be watched by ISS crew Friday, including Tim Peake who just launched

    They have a 65 inch projection screen by Screen Innovations, and a 1080p laser projector up there, it went up in April on SpaceX CRS-6. They use it for a number of purposes, including video calls to earth, and yes; movie nights.



    Apparently there is a copy of Episode VII already up at the station waiting to be played on opening day.

    Someone tweeted Tim Peake who is apparently a big SW fan, that it would be a total bummer that he was going to miss it by just a couple days due to going to space. But, he set them straight right away:
